Corrodyne has an application facility in Pune Bhosari MIDC and has been in business since mid-2012.


Corrodyne Coating has an in built capacity of 180 metric tons of parts per month. Equipment available on site enables pre-treatment of parts, application of anti-corrosion coating, curing of parts and a quality assurance laboratory.

We also employ an inspection team to do intermediate and final QC of parts before being dispatched.

  • Phospating Line


A reliable and high quality pre-treatment process is critical to the final quality of coated parts. Corrodyne Coating utilizes either zinc phosphating or shot blasting depending on the configuration of the part and the best pre-treatment for the application required.

Using only the highest quality media in both processes (Chemetall-Rai chemicals for the phosphate line and S-70 grade steel shot for the shot blaster) is the first step in assuring the best possible quality. With ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified processes as the final key to assuring repeatable, high quality and auditable results every time. With these two machines working in parallel, we can attain a throughput of 7 to 7.5 metric tons per single shift.

Coating Application - Dip Spin

"Dip/Spin" is an application process whereby product is placed in a basket, submerged in coating solution, and then spin centrifugally to remove (and recover) excess coating material while achieving objectives for thickness and coverage of the coated part. The dip/spin process is ideally suited for small parts that have contours so that the parts can be coated in bulk to prevent adhering to each other. Examples of such parts are: fasteners, spring clamps, screws, bolts, motor mounts, o-rings, nails, clips, muffler hangers, body mounts, etc Also the dip/spin's ability to minimize the cost of both coating material and waste disposal. This is due to the technology's 95 % or greater on average transfer efficiency.

The Corrodyne Coating Facility has a range of dip spin (centrifuge) machines able to handle varying sizes and volumes of parts.

=> The primary machine is a fully automated Spring Tool dip spin line with a 16 inch. (40 cm) basket
=> The 16 Inch machine has a capacity of 45 kgs per basket with a cycle time of 4 minutes could produce 600 kgs per hrs with conveyor oven and 120 Mt with dual coating considering two shift working. The machine has automated loading and weighing, this provides consistence loads per basket.
=> One 10 in. (25cm) manual dip spin machines with Batch type curing.
=> The 10 Inch machine has a capacity of 10 kgs per basket with a cycle time of 2 minutes could produce 300 kgs per hrs and 60 Mt with dual coating considering two shift working. The machine has Manual loading and Unloading

The Laboratory at Corrodyne is the focal point of our QC processes. Several test are done on site to ensure paint quality, coating thickness, surface adhesion and of course, salt spray life are all as per specifications. Our Atlas salt spray machine is monitored daily and controlled as per ASTM standard B-117.
